Often , a bad relationship  ( with diet and nutrition ) is hard to recognize when you’re stuck in the middle of it . Worse still , even when we know something isn’t right , it’s sometimes harder to seek the right advice or tell  the right people in order to find love  and support this will improve health and fitness of the person .Food is to be enjoyed! Don’t think of it as ‘the enemy ‘ .After all , overindulging or eating a ‘treat’ is perfectly healthy and a normal , joyful part of life . Food should not come with conditions or labels . All food is okay in moderation and contributes to a healthy balanced diet . Putting rules on food only causes feelings of stress around food and this will adversly affect health and fitness . Stress around food should not interfere with your  personal relationships and social events .

  •  Starting your day with breakfast can help give  you the energy and nutrients you need for exercise .
  •  Nutritious  workout snacks can help you maintain your energy and nutrients level .
  •  Choose complex carbohydrates over refined alternatives .

Eating a well-balanced diet can help you get the calories and nutrients you need to fuel your daily activities , including regular exercise . When it comes to eating foods to fuel your exercise performances , it’s not as simple as choosing vegetables over doughnuts .

These days , work-life balance can seem like an impossible feat . Technology makes workers accessible around the clock . Fears of job loss incentivise longer hours . Even when we’re busy , we make time for the crucial things in life . We eat. We go to the bathroom . We sleep . And yet one of our most crucial needs -exercise-is often the first thing to go when our calendars fill up . Exercise is an effective stress reducer . It pumps feel-good endorphins through your body . It helps lift your mood and can even serve a one-two punch by also putting you in meditative state and make your body healthy and fit .

Exercise is medicine. Everyone knows it , but still not enough people do it! We have all seen the grim figures that only one third of people in this country exercise regularly . Obesity also is increasing  at an alarming rate , particularly in the adolescent and young-adult population .
